PRE Brands has expanded its US grass fed beef to New England in Shaw’s and Star Market outlets and online at Jet.com and has added 1/3 lb. hamburger patties to its lineup.

Sourced from Australia and New Zealand, all PRE Brands beef products come from pasture-raised cattle with a 100% grass fed diet, no added antibiotics and no added growth hormones.

Its new 85% ground beef 1/3 pound pub-style patty boasts heart-healthy fatty acids like Omega-3s and Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA).

The products are sold in unique patent-pending vacuum-sealed packaging that is chemical free, transparent and dual-sided, giving shoppers full visibility of the meat.

“We’re pleased to provide a better burger that is high quality and packed with flavor, and we are very excited to introduce more customers to PRE through our new partnerships with Shaw’s and Jet,” said PRE Brands’ founder and CEO Lenny Lebovich.

Shoppers in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont can now find PRE Brands at Shaw’s and Star Market.

Online

Online, PRE Brand is available on Amazon Fresh, Instacart, and now Jet.com. According to Nielsen’s 2017 Digital engaged food shopper study, more than 25% of American households currently buy groceries online and that number has grown by 19% since 2014. A projected 70% of Americans involved in the research expected to engage in online grocery shopping within a decade.

The Chicago-based startup PRE Brands was named the fastest growing brand in beef in 2016 and experienced 400% year-on-year growth (Nielsen Perishables Group, FreshFacts Service, 52 w/e 31 December 2016).

The company’s products are now available in more than 600 US stores.
