US grass-fed beef farm collaboration Grass Run Farms has introduced its first-ever individually quick frozen ground beef patties to market.

Launched at the Experience Nature’s Goodness event in La Crosse, Wisconsin last week, the beef patties are made using quick freezing technology that allows individual pieces of the product to be frozen separately.

Grass Run Farms said the individual quick freezing technology delivered convenience without sacrificing on the taste, maintaining its colour, texture and nutrients.

The individual quick frozen patties contain just one ingredient – 100% grass-fed beef – and is both gluten- and soy-free, which are sold in packages of six.

Head of Grass Run Farms Charlie Bradbury said the company had answered the call from customers for convenient, 100% grass-fed beef products through its ready-to-cook individual quick frozen ground beef patties.

Consumers are leading busier lives than ever before, and products like our new patties offer a level of ease for families across the country​,” said Bradbury. “Families don’t need to give up nutrition for easy preparation. We’ve developed two package types to deliver on consumer demand nationwide. Retailers will have the option to merchandise either a multi-use recyclable carton or a resealable pouch to best fit their markets​.”

Grass Run Farms works with a select network of family farms, located primarily throughout the mid-West region of the US.
