Cutting Edge and Nock enter strategic partnership
UK equipment provider Cutting Edge has announced a new partnership with German manufacturer Nock.

The partnership will provide an exclusively developed range of innovative skinning, de-rinding and slicing solutions for meat, poultry and fish products.

This range has been developed specifically for the UK and Ireland market and exceeds UK and Irish Health & Safety legislations while also “providing cost-effective, yield maximising meat, fish and poultry skinning and de-rinding technology”.

The equipment features Nock Power Plates technology and modular designs, to offer precision, high resistance to wear and tear, and extremely quick and simple cleaning and servicing, maximising hygiene and reducing downtime to a minimum.

The range is currently undergoing extensive testing for the UK and Irish market and will be available this summer, with nationwide engineering servicing and support.

Sam Tinsley, managing director at Cutting Edge, said: “We are tremendously proud and excited to enter into this new partnership with one of the most renowned manufacturers of excellent quality equipment for the meat and fish industry in the world. With Nock’s 25 years of expertise in developing simply efficient machinery, combined with Cutting Edge’s heritage in delivering and servicing innovative and reliable solutions across the UK and Ireland, together we will offer our customers a complete service unlike anything else on the market.”
