Athena Foods approved to export to Saudi Arabia
Athena Foods, part of Minerva, has had its beef site in Columbia approved to export to Saudi Arabia.
The business notified its shareholders of the approval and highlighted the site of the market with its population of 34 million people.
Minerva added that, according to USDA figures, Columbia has a herd of 24 million, giving it “huge growth potential”.
Earlier this month, eight Brazilian beef exporters were granted approval to trade with Saudi Arabia.
