A leading machinery supplier is gearing up to showcase a range of new equipment during the meat industry’s biggest exhibition, IFFA, later this year.
Provisur Technologies said it will be exhibiting a range of new innovations and breakthrough technology at the show in Frankfurt, Germany, which takes place from 4-9 May, with equipment covering everything from grinding and mixing to forming and cooking as well as chilling and freezing.
Included in the line-up is Provisur’s new high-yield hybrid separator from AM2C and Beehive, which the company said can be configured and tailored to optimise performance to any specific application. Also on the stand will be the PowerMax3000® from Formax Slicing, which the company describes as “powerful mid-sized slicer” that includes advanced hygiene features and up to three independent product drives. When combined with the companion PowerScanner, featuring lasers and cameras, Provisur claims the equipment allows “precise portioning of irregularly shaped products faster and more accurately”.
When it comes to forming, the Formax VerTex1000 claims to offer the industry’s largest capacity with “superior versatility, texture, and the lowest true cost of ownership”. It added that the machinery allowed for reduced consumption of both power and water.
