Free of charge to retail partners, the purpose of the program is to educate its partners’ meat departments with knowledge of the brand and its product offerings.
“We know that Chairman’s Reserve Prime Pork customers expect their butchers to be knowledgeable about the product in their meat cases,” said senior brand manager Ozlem Worpel. “We have worked hard to develop this program to ensure our partners receive superior education about the Chairman’s Reserve Prime Pork products, brand history and their attributes.”
The program is available to customers who carry Chairman’s Reserve Prime Pork. The training includes reviewing two PowerPoint presentations, watching an educational video featuring chef Mario Valdovino and certified butcher Jaime Torrez, and successfully completing two short quizzes.
Upon completion of the program, participants will receive exclusive demonstrations, merchandising strategies and continued education. Successful completion of the training will also entitle participants to exclusive, high-quality merchandise including a Yeti Tumbler, official Certified Butcher hat, certificate and in-store signage.
